Founded in 2007, Synergy Conscious dba EcoNexus has entered the burgeoning energy monitoring market. The company provides green technology that allows any energy conscious business or organization to precisely track, bill and therefore minimize energy consumption and their carbon footprint. Development of its flagship product, “ECONEXUS®” in its 1st release has been completed in two form factors: permanent building installation and portable energy audit kit. The Company is launching into the industrial, enterprise, commercial & residential multi-tenant markets for the permanent building installations and to the electrical energy auditing market for the energy audit kits.
The ECONEXUS® system is comprised of a networkable hardware system that requires an initial installation and web-based software that is easily understandable, making it more appealing to users than existing solutions. Being a web-based application, there is no need for Information Technology departments to install or maintain applications on computers as it can be viewed with the major web browsers.
Future applications are easily integrated into the ECONEXUS® system due to the unique architecture of the software; consequently, the ECONEXUS® system is highly scalable and incredibly versatile. Strategic business alliances are an integral component of the EcoNexus business model. These partnerships will foster almost unlimited growth over a multitude of sectors including multi-tenant housing complexes, property management, corporate businesses, building development, ESCO’s, and even government-funded public entities. The Company will generate revenue by licensing its products to its strategic partners, primarily engaged in installation and monitoring of energy systems. These preferred partners will also be required to pay for attended certification seminars in order to understand the installation and maintenance requirements of the ECONEXUS® system.
Recent concern regarding the environmental implications of profligate energy use has created a critical shift in energy consumption ideology. The ECONEXUS® system offers comprehensive solutions to a multitude of energy resource problems that will enable its user to proficiently identify and rectify energy inefficiencies that are detrimental to cost-effective operations.
