Glen Laughton, Founder and CEO
Glen brings 10 years of technology management experience, 8 years of consulting experience, and a strong understanding of overall business operations. This is the second company he has founded, the first being G&S International in Seattle. Glen has also worked at the California Bankers Association, Microsoft, IBM, Com Group, Inc., and three dot coms focusing on systems integration issues. One project of particular note is that he designed Bill Gate’s home computer network. Glen has a BA from Seattle Pacific University and is working on his MBA in Global Management.
Kiran Jethwa, Chief Marketing Officer
Kiran is a serial entrepreneur and a marketing veteran. He brings 12 years of product marketing / management and 8 years of software development expertise. His career has spanned different high-tech industries at companies including Sun Microsystems, Hewlett Packard, Cadence Design Systems, PointBase, FirstFloor Software, Nonstop Solutions and JobFlash. He is responsible for inbound/outbound marketing strategies, product strategy, sales strategy, go-to-market strategy, branding strategy and product development processes.
In his spare time, Kiran enjoys ballroom dancing, wine-tasting, tennis, snowboarding, hiking and biking amongst other hobbies.

Thierry Laurent, Chief Technology Officer
Thierry brings 20 years experience in building scalable and industrial software solutions in various domains such as medical, control processing, supply chain/ERP and human resources. Thierry was previously the CTO at Streamjobs.net where he strived to build the first private recruiting network in Europe, endorsed by Microsoft. He also held various managerial positions at i2 Technologies, Ortems, and Borland's subsidiary, working on international projects in France (Technicatome, Sextan, Shell), England (BP), Germany (Volkswagen), USA (Sun, IBM, Pemstar), South Korea (LG). Mr. Laurent has a Masters degree in computer science and is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Russian. Thierry is a serial entrepreneur and owns his own software programming house through which our product is developed.
Ann Stovel, Vice-President of Sales and Business Development
Ann brings over 15 years experience in construction and sales of commercial real estate and land. Her specialties included joint ventures, HUD tax credits and other sources of public financing to reposition undervalued properties. Her portfolio encompasses properties primarily on the West Coast and Ohio. Ann grew up in Spain and is fluent in Spanish.
In her leisure time, Ann enjoys hiking, wine-tasting, rolling sushi for her friends, sailing and looking for a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired house in the Bay Area.

Joe Reano, Installation Manager
Joe contributes 22 years of experience as former founder and owner of Reano Brothers Windows, a sales and installation company with a focus on energy efficiency. His knowledge of the construction industry and enthusiasm for demonstrating how to save money while saving energy, makes Joe a talented addition to the team.
